About the publication

Clarity without taking the decision.

A public place to examine how evidence, responsibility and review connect.

What this publication is for

The Governance Spine is Terra Vita’s public publication on the connections between evidence, responsibilities, review and institutional decisions. Its articles offer explanations, perspectives and practical questions.

It is not a programme-news feed, a fundraising channel, an operating workspace or a record of institutional approval.

How to read it

Fracture asks where the connection has broken. Signal asks what has changed and how it is known. Spine asks who reviews, who decides and what follows. Assurance asks whether the record and its limitations can be examined.

Editorial boundaries

Illustrations are identified as such. Architecture descriptions do not demonstrate implementation or institutional acceptance. Claims of readiness should state their purpose, scope and unresolved conditions.

Existing archive articles retain their URLs. Where a title or claim has been clarified, the revision date is shown. Original publication dates are not inferred from file metadata.

Public and protected material

The public toolkit contains explanatory references. Internal playbooks, detailed assessment instruments, certification materials, implementation specifications and protected evidence are excluded from this release.
